A: Yes. Base is an online application so it can be accessed from any computer that has an internet connection. Base also works on the iPad and other mobile devices.
Q: If I share a document with someone can they make changes to it?
A: Yes, provided you have given them access to do so in your user permissions area. Shared documents are fully editable by the other users you have designated.
Q: What if I don't have an existing logo or images? Can I still use Base?
A: Absolutely. You can use high quality images from our library in your documents. Alternately, get in touch with Base's sister company, Algiz Media, for help creating your brand.
Q: Can I have the documents I create with Base commercially printed?
A: Yes. Base generates files as high resolution PDFs, including crop marks and bleed, commonly used by commercial printers for production.
Q: Will I have to pay for updates to Base?
A: No. As a subscriber your Base account will automatically be updated with all of the latest features.
Q: Will all the documents I create be stored?
A: Yes. Each document you create will be stored within your Base account and accessible from any computer with an internet connection for editing and sharing.
Q: What if I want to switch to a different Base package?
